I think the above makes sense. If there's a....I mean, if our perceptory organs are formed by somethng, or if their evolutionary traits are/or were being carefully monitored by something, then I think it makes sense to think that the monitorer has the protocol used in our perceptory organs, which means that thing(monitorer) can perceive as we do.
Just like in the Matrix, the Architect can analyze the protocol being sent to and received by Duracells(humans) via Matirx network because he kinda created the protocol. So, I think it is reasonable, if there's a thing like the Architect, then that thing can monitor our perceptory pipeline.
